Tracy Hathorn began her career in the education sector later in life, bringing with her a strong background in project management and business administration. This experience laid a solid foundation for her role at Kampala International School Uganda, where she has been working since 2019.

Prior to this, she gained valuable experience at Ambrosoli International School and St Patrick’s International School in Malawi.

As Head of Operations, Tracy oversees a wide range of essential services, including maintenance, security, logistics, student and staff resources, and events. She also leads the ancillary and security teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school. She is also a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.

Outside of her professional role, Tracy is a proud mother of three daughters and a grandmother to five grandchildren.
