Food Technology

KISU provides a well-equipped teaching kitchen with 8 kitchen units for use by students in Year-6 and above. Each unit has its own cooker, sink and basic utensils.

Students usually work in small groups of 2-3. Fresh ingredients are provided for every lesson. A Smart Board and teaching area complete the food technology room, allowing both theory and practical work to be undertaken.
