Agreement of Financial Terms and Conditions
- Enrolment fees of $2,350 has to be paid the day students enroll. The student’s name will not appear on class lists unless this fee has been paid. This fee is non-refundable.
- All fees must be paid in full by the due date. If a child is absent or withdraws, no refunds are provided. Payment must be made to the Bursar’s office.
- Admissions and continuing enrollment is subject to acceptance of these financial terms. If fees remain unpaid, the student may be excluded from class.
- Any student whose fees remain outstanding after the half-term break may be removed from class until payment is made. No partial refunds are given.
- Parents must pay fees for the next term before the last day of the current term. If fees remain unpaid, the child’s place may be offered to another applicant.
- Any child who is absent for more than three weeks or withdraws from the school will not receive a refund. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
- If the child is asked to leave for disciplinary reasons, no fees will be refunded. The parent’s financial obligations remain until the end of the term.
- All external examination fees (IGCSE & IB) are billed separately and must be paid prior to exam registration. The school is not responsible for any late fees if parents fail to pay on time.
- Fees are subject to review and changes. The school reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice to parents.
- No references or transcripts will be issued until all outstanding fees are settled. The school reserves the right to withhold official documents.
- If there is a dispute or difference in interpretation of these terms, the school’s decision is final.
- All official communication regarding fees must be done in writing to the Bursar’s office. The signature below indicates acceptance of these terms.
