Please take note of the following guidelines:
- For KG and Reception swimming: Children must be accompanied by a parent or nanny to the swimming pool for change and supervision purposes.
- CCA Enrollment Changes: No further changes to adding or removing students will be allowed. Students will also not be permitted to switch clubs from this point onward.
Payments: Payments can be made through the following channels for your convenience:
- Payments can be made directly to the club coaches via mobile money (mentioning the name of your child and year group while making the transfer ) or in person when you pick up your child at the end of the club session.
- Below is the list of coaches’ phone numbers for mobile money to make direct transfers. We will also display this list at the Reception Desk. Please remember to include the additional cost of mobile money withdrawal charges.
- Alternatively, you can pay at the Primary Office, Secondary Office, or Reception desk, with your child’s name, class, and club details.
- Payments must be completed promptly. Students will not be permitted to participate in CCAs/clubs if there is an outstanding balance.
Refund Policy: Please note that no refunds will be provided if your child is unable to attend all 10 sessions, as the CCA coaches have planned their sessions according to the number of students registered for their respective clubs.
If you arrive early to pick up your child, please wait outside the club area to prevent any disruption to the ongoing activities.
If your child is not participating in CCA, please ensure they are picked up immediately after school .
